Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

All orders ship from Georgia, USA.

 

Free Shipping

All orders include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Expedited shipping options are not currently available.

 

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

Dearest Garden is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local shipping carrier first.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at hello@dearestgarden.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine next steps.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly and we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dearestgarden.com with your order number. If the order has not yet begun processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Packaging

We aim to keep packaging simple and low-waste.

Orders are packed using recyclable materials, and we reuse protective packaging from our suppliers whenever possible to reduce waste while ensuring items arrive safely.
