When will my order ship?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

 

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from Georgia, USA.

 

Where do you ship?

At this time, Dearest Garden ships within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

Orders are not currently shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the fragile nature of our products, Dearest Garden does not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number

photos of the damaged item

photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

 

Will my order include a receipt?

To reduce paper waste, Dearest Garden does not include printed receipts in packages. Order confirmations and receipts are sent by email.

A packing slip may be included with your order.

 

How are orders packaged?

We aim to keep packaging simple and low-waste.

Orders are packed using recyclable materials, and we reuse protective packaging from our suppliers whenever possible to reduce waste while ensuring items arrive safely.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
