Dearest Garden: Event Polcies
Event Policy & Terms
These terms apply to all Dearest Garden Plant Night tickets and event admissions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Event & Giveaways
The Experience: Your ticket is for an all-inclusive Dearest Garden Plant Night. This includes event admission, a pizza intermission, light refreshments, and a Welcome Plant & Vessel pairing waiting at your seat.
The Game: Multiple rounds of our plant matching game are provided as part of the experience. Game cards are provided at no additional cost to attendees.
Giveaways: Plant and vessel pairings are given away throughout the evening as part of the Plant Night experience. All giveaways are non-cash prizes.
2. Admission & Age Requirements
Age Limit: All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Valid ID may be required at entry.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable but are 100% transferable. If you cannot attend, you may gift or sell your ticket to another person (18+) or receive credit toward a future event date with advance notice.
3. Media, Photography & Content
Consent to Film: This event will be documented for the Dearest Garden YouTube channel.
Release: By entering the event premises, you grant Dearest Garden LLC the right to use your likeness in photographs and video for promotional and commercial purposes across all digital platforms.
4. Liability & Health
Product Safety: While we prioritize quality snacks and plants, attendees assume all risks related to food allergies or plant sensitivities.
Liability Waiver: Dearest Garden LLC and the venue are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.
